A. In the shower, apply the Exfoliating Shower Gel to the glove or damp skin and massage in circular motions [confirm technique], then rinse well. Pat dry and finish with the Hydrating Lotion all over. Watch our tutorial for the full ritual.

A. We recommend using the Exfoliating Glove and Shower Gel around 1-2 times a week. Over-exfoliating can leave skin feeling sensitive, so listen to your skin and reduce use if you notice any dryness or irritation. The Hydrating Lotion can be used daily.
