GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to the United-States, Australia and New-Zealand only. For Australia and New-Zealand, please visit our AU/NZ store www.biotyspa.com.
We offer Free standard shipping on all orders from $60 USD for customers located in the United-States. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 4 business days. During peak sales periods, fulfilment times may be extended and as a consequence your order may take longer to be dispatched. For standard shipments, please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to reach you. We offer optional express shipping which may be selected at checkout.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the shipping process has begun, we are unfortunately unable to cancel, change or refund the order.
DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We will not be liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we cannot control and are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues and do not offer refunds on shipping costs for shipments that do not meet the delivery timeframes given by third party couriers. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us and our team will do its best to assist you. Please note that investigations with the courier may take up to 5 business days to complete. For lost or damaged shipments, please ensure that you contact us within 60 days of placing your order. We cannot guarantee a reship or refund for customers who contact us outside of this timeframe.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
