Oat Straw, Rama Tulsi, Lavender, Peppermint, Chamomile, Calendula Petals.

Add 1 tea bag into a cup (250ml) with hot water (95-100°C) and brew for 2-6 minutes. Strain and drink. Can be consume all day, from morning till night.
