In France, body care has long been treated as a practice rather than a quick fix: unhurried, tactile and repeated often enough to become second nature. Our weekly ritual draws on that tradition. It’s designed to exfoliate, support circulation and lymphatic flow, and leave skin feeling smoother, firmer and deeply nourished.
Here’s how to build it in three steps.
The 3-Step Routine
1. Exfoliate
When: Monday
How often: 1 to 2 times per week
Begin by clearing the canvas. In the shower, use the Exfoliating Glove on damp skin to buff away dead skin cells and support circulation. It leaves skin smooth and prepped, so everything that follows works with a better surface.

2. Sculpt
When: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (or every day, if you like)
How often: Daily for the first 21 days, then 2 to 3 times per week
The Body Sculpt Cup is the centrepiece of the ritual. Spend around 10 minutes massaging, focusing on the thighs, buttocks and stomach for 2 minutes each. It’s a moment to slow down as much as it is a body care step, and the consistency is what makes it worthwhile.

3. Define
When: Wednesday and Friday
How often: 2 times per week, or daily if preferred
